Micah with his French teacher,
Mr. Hama, showing their strength

6th Grade Recognition. This was a time to recognize the hard work that the 6th graders have put in during their elementary school years. They will be moving on to secondary school; 7th grade, Jr. High, next year.
The evening included, songs, food, awards, gifts, a send off of verses and a fun power point showing the 6th graders growing up. Well done Micah

Finishing Strong

Our school year her in Niger has just come to an end. These last few weeks were full of activities; school plays, swim meets, closing programs, graduation and more. There were also many hot days, huge dust storms difficult tests and days of tiredness. It was in these times that we were reminded that our strength comes from the Lord and not ourselves

 “ . . . My power is made perfect in weakness . . . When I am weak, then I am strong.” 2 Cor. 12: 9, 10

We needed His strength to
“Finish Strong”.
To follow are some of the highlights of our finish to the school year.

Swim Meet –This was a time to celebrate swimming skills. In order to win, you must finish
strong. Noah took first place in the butterfly for his age group.
